Rashid's Birthday Quilt

In other countries it is custom that family, friends and acquintances, but also volunteers make a quilt for a child, who is seriously ill. Everybody lovingly makes one or two squares  which are added to the quilt. The quilt will provide the child with warmth, comfort and love and he or she also knows that there are many people thinking of him or her. 
Rashid never received a quilt, because it is not custom in our country to do so. That is why I liked the idea of making a virtual quilt especially on the occasion of Rashid's 15th birthday, which he now celebrates in Heaven.

If you want to add a square to Rashid's quilt, I would like that a lot.
